When you earn a commission for the first time, an email is sent to the email address in your profile, please ensure it is unique and up to date so that your funds are not held up.

Your unique email address in My Office must match your TuppCard by PayQuicker account email address for the first time only. After you receive your first commission payout, if needed, you can change the email address in your TuppCard by PayQuicker account. Our recommendation is to keep both the emails for My Office and TuppCard by PayQuicker the same to avoid any issues.
